| In the event that a purchase is damaged in transit, we will send a replacement item at no cost to the purchaser upon receipt of the damaged item. We will also refund the cost of return postage to the buyer. If the item purchased is no longer available we will send an alternative item or refund the purchase price at the buyers request. Please note that we will replace damaged goods with an identical item in the same size only.
In the event that a purchase is lost in transit (confirmed by Australia Post), we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement item.
In the event that a buyer has purchased an incorrect size, we will send an alternative size at the buyers request. Postage paid by us to send an alternative size is at the buyers expense and is charged at the actual postage cost. A handling fee of $10.00 will be applied per item exchanged. Should an alternative be unavailable we will refund the purchase price less postage costs. Return postage of an incorrect size purchase is the buyers responibility.
